Give yourself space to create with the generous 200 × 300 mm work area and work effortlessly on the large 10.1" built-in high-definition LCD display. View your designs in crisp, vivid colour and see fine detail using the zoom function, which offers up to 200% magnification. Easily adjust your design by rotating in 0.1°, 1°, 10°, or 90° increments.

There is a design for every project, with 673 built-in embroidery designs (including monogram and buttonhole styles) and 50 built-in lettering fonts. Stitch designs as they are or express your creativity using the advanced editing features.

Customise fonts by adjusting spacing, applying colour shuffling, or changing thread density to enhance stitch quality. Add an instant pattern outline with the appliqué feature and reduce editing time with colour grouping.

Save time and reduce errors with the built-in stitch simulator, automatic colour stitch sequencing, basting stitch outline feature, and smart stitch management. The PR680W will also automatically resume embroidery from the exact stitch point if the machine stops or loses power.

With one of the largest crosshair pointers available, you can clearly see where the needle will drop, ensuring precise pattern placement every time. Easily position jobs faster and more accurately with nine selectable reference points: centre, four corners, and four midpoints.

The upgraded upper thread tension dials and expanded tension range provide greater control over fine adjustments, helping reduce puckering on delicate fabrics such as satin and organza.

Stay in control wherever you are with wireless connectivity. Monitor your embroidery using the My Stitch Monitor app on your mobile device. Send designs wirelessly from your PC using Design Database Transfer (Windows desktop only), and receive automatic machine updates. With Brother’s PE-Design 11 software (available separately), you can link up to 10 machines without cables.

With 24 pre-installed tutorial videos covering everything from basic operation to advanced embroidery functions, you and your team can learn as you go.

When connected to a wireless network, you can transfer designs directly from your PC without the need for USB devices. The My Stitch Monitor app will alert you when it is time to change thread or when your project is complete.

Security lock modes allow business owners to customise access to machine functions for different roles, helping to protect valuable designs and keep operators focused on essential tasks.
