Demo Machine Grading Explained
Demo – A machine used at a trade show for demonstration purposes only. The machine has been fully checked, tested, and repacked. All original accessories and packaging are included.
Showroom Display Model – A machine previously used in our showroom for demonstration. It has been tested and inspected to ensure all accessories are present.
Returned Stock – A model returned within 30 working days of delivery due to the customer changing their mind. The machine has been checked, tested, and repacked.
Ex-Classroom – Machines approximately 12 months old that have been used in a local classroom environment. Each one is thoroughly tested, and accessories are carefully checked.
All demo, ex-display, returned, and ex-classroom machines come with a full warranty for your peace of mind.

These are not second-hand machines in the way that term is usually understood — they're carefully checked, tested, and graded by our team before going back on sale, and every one comes with a full warranty.
We use four clear grades so you know exactly what you're getting. Demo machines have been used at trade shows for demonstration purposes only, repacked with all original accessories included. Showroom display models are machines from our Kings Heath showroom that have been inspected and tested. Returned stock covers machines sent back within 30 working days of delivery simply because a customer changed their mind. Ex-classroom machines are around 12 months old and have been used in a local teaching environment — each one is thoroughly tested and checked before we list it.
We only resell machines from the brands we trust and stock as new, including Bernina, Brother, Husqvarna Viking, and Pfaff. Stock changes regularly as new demo machines become available, so it's worth checking back often.
