The Buttonhole Cutter with Wooden Block is the ideal tool for opening finished buttonholes. Simply place the wooden block underneath the buttonhole and press the chisel down onto the block from above. Only light pressure is required to cut cleanly through the fabric.

Position the knife attached to the chisel in the centre of the buttonhole, between the beads. The blade then cuts neatly through the fabric directly onto the wooden block beneath.
